Your Coastal Home Base While On Orders
Let's cut to the chase: after a long day on base, you deserve way more than a cramped, outdated hotel room or standard base lodging. At Stay on the Gulf Coast, we're proud to offer a comfortable, convenient, and massive upgrade to your temporary housing, without breaking the bank.
Financial Flexibility & Transparency
We Speak "Finance Office"
We understand the unpredictable nature of military travel, and we've built our policies specifically around your needs.
We Match Your Per Diem
Why blow your per diem on a dingy, generic hotel room when you can stay in a luxury coastal condo for the exact same rate?
Zero Upfront Deposit
We know you might be waiting on the government. We require NO upfront deposit to confirm your military reservation, and we don't even require a personal credit card to be put on file to hold it.
Flexible Orders = Flexible Contracts
Need to check out early because your orders changed or graduation moved? No problem. We operate on flexible, month-to-month leases for our military guests and will refund you for the nights you don't use.
Pain-Free Paperwork
We provide detailed, itemized receipts formatted exactly how your finance office needs them, and we even have written documents specifically to help inform your finance office how MS taxes and exemptions work if they have questions.
The Upgrade
Why Choose Us Over Base Lodging?
Unmatched Space
Escape the institutional feel. Our rentals offer spacious, multi-room condos with real, fully-equipped kitchens, separate living rooms, and in-unit laundry.
Actual Peace & Quiet
Leave the base noise behind. Wind down on your own private balcony with an uninterrupted view of the Gulf Coast sunset, a massive upgrade from a dorm room with motion-activated lights.
Seamless Arrival
No waiting in line at a front desk to check in. We send your secure access codes right to your phone so you can head straight to your unit.
Work Hard. Relax Harder.
The Best Of Both Worlds
Our properties put you on a quick, easy commute to and from Keesler AFB for your official duties. The second you're off-duty, you're already perfectly positioned to enjoy the Gulf Coast. You're just steps from the beach, and never more than a short ride from award-winning seafood, local nightlife, and the casinos.
Your off-time is yours. Keep up with your PT in our on-site fitness centers, escape the Mississippi heat in our resort-style pools, or just sleep in.
